Each year, tax time proves stressful for millions of Americans who can’t afford the high cost of tax preparation and are unable to prepare their own returns. With thousands of returns being prepared and filed at Volunteer Income Taxpayer Assistance sites in the Greater Durham area, The Greater Durham TAC Coalition makes a major impact on the need for low cost, high quality tax services.
Reinvestment Partners will begin its 9th season of free income tax preparation on Monday, January 22, 2018. If you meet the criteria for free tax help listed below, make an appointment using the online scheduler or by calling (919) 667-1000. Self-prepared (or FSA) options are also available.
